Are you a Newly Qualified Mental Health Nurse? Are you looking to work in Buckinghamshire?

We're recruiting 12 mental health nurses across Buckinghamshire in a number of our services. We're recruiting in Amersham, Aylesbury and High Wycombe.

We're recruiting across our: in-patients, urgent care, older adults mental health communities team and our low secure forensic inpatients ward Woodlands House. These teams work across Buckinghamshire supporting adults and older adults from 18 upwards with mental health challenges.

We can offer you both personal and clinical development opportunities, in addition to regular professional and clinical supervision, personal development reviews and support for continual professional development activities as part of the 'Flyer Programme'! As a Newly Qualified Mental Health Nurse You Will

Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to diagnose, assess, plan, and implement patient-specific programmes of care and interventions
Undertake assessments using profession-specific clinical knowledge and skills under close supervision from a clinically experienced member of staff
Use a comprehensive range of verbal and non-verbal communication tools to effectively communicate with patients, their families, and carers about complex and sensitive diagnoses and treatment plans
Manage your own time effectively and prioritise your caseload, ensuring comprehensive discharge and contingency plans are developed with relevant professionals

For roles in our community teams, Applicants must have a full valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required.
