Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to work with an Education Trust in the Bradford area. This is a temporary position with an initial three month duration. Working hours will be confirmed upon appointment. Main Duties: * Raise purchase orders in the Trust’s finance system from purchase requisitions received in the service system TOPdesk, obtaining best prices and using tendered suppliers where possible * Process staff expenses for the Trust in line with policy, querying any anomalies * Process all credit card spend within the academies, chasing receipts and any missing information/documents * Add and amend supplier documentation to the finance system Essential Criteria: * Previous experience in a Purchasing or Accounts Payable role * Experience of raising purchase orders and processing invoices * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing * Experience of working with finance systems, preferably in an education or public sector setting If your skills match the above criteria, please apply with your up-to-date CV...
