Qualifications

* 3+ years’ experience with paid search, SEO, paid social, and digital display.
* Experience in retail or e-commerce marketing.
* Familiarity with data-driven performance measurement.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our digital team. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for driving new and existing customers into our Pubs and Hotels through an online multi-channel approach. We pride ourselves on providing a relevant and personalised experience for all our customers, which in turn drives visits and increased spend.

The role will support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and Head of Digital to develop and execute the digital acquisition performance marketing program to drive profitable sales to our pubs, as well as provide project support for our newly relaunching order and pay proposition.

This is a highly cross-functional role and a unique opportunity to deliver value using a breadth of competencies and work alongside stakeholders from all areas of the business!

Main Responsibilities:

* Implement the performance marketing strategy, working closely with the performance marketing agency and Senior Performance Marketing Manager to deliver profitable and effective campaigns across digital media including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and SEO.
* Utilise 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data to create relevant and timely activity for consumers across key media platforms such as Meta and Google. Ensure a robust measurement framework and bidding strategy are in place to meet KPIs including site traffic, online bookings, pub visits, database sign-ups, hotel room bookings, and gift card sales.
* Participate actively in the order and pay project group, supporting project leads and the Head of Digital on task delivery and functionality releases. Collaborate with our lead agency and internal teams to meet deadlines and performance targets.
* Work with agencies to implement search optimisation recommendations, considering new technologies like AI. Ensure pub data is consistent and optimise Google Business Profile listings and other directories.
* Monitor performance and report regularly using dashboards and platforms. Communicate KPI progress and leverage data insights to optimize campaign execution.
* Be curious, innovative, and willing to test and learn by exploring new partners, formats, and channels to reach new customers and drive profitable growth.
* Collaborate with digital and brand marketing colleagues to brief creative assets and ensure campaign moments are delivered across digital touchpoints.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strategic experience in fast-paced environments with confidence in complex matrix organisations.
* Proficient in relationship building and account management. 3+ years’ experience with digital acquisition channels including paid search, SEO, paid social, and digital display.
* Experience in retail, consumer products/services, e-commerce, marketing, or project management.
* Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
