* Experience in project or programme management, ideally within a matrix organisation
* Strong skills in risk management and problem-solving

* Comfortable taking on new challenges and working in uncertain or changing situations
* Experience leading projects, including cost, schedule management / Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk assessments
* Background in bidding and estimating
* Skilled in negotiation and collaboration across all levels, both internally and externally
* Motivated leader who inspires teams to deliver high performance under pressure
* Willingness to share best practices and drive innovation across projects
