About the Role
We are opening a new Pandora store at Luton Airport in August 2025. The interview process will commence from June 2025, with training start dates also from June 2025. We offer a highly competitive salary, a monthly bonus of 10% (potentially 20% for stretch targets), a generous employee discount, an annual jewellery uniform allowance, and other excellent benefits.
The store manager is the brand ambassador responsible for the store’s overall success. You will manage the team of assistant managers, supervisors, and sales assistants, and support them in delivering a world-class customer experience. The role involves working flexible hours, including late nights and early mornings, to cover airport store hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and support the team to achieve and surpass KPIs, exemplifying outstanding customer service.
* Maintain a strong retail presence, educate customers about Pandora products, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial goals.
* Thoroughly train in our luxury products to become a product expert, and develop your team’s potential with support from regional managers.
Candidate Profile
We seek a proactive leader and passionate team player with experience in retail, preferably with a leading brand or luxury products. The ideal candidate demonstrates sales-driven results, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude aligned with Pandora’s core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
Experience in driving sales, understanding business strategies, using data for decision-making, and delivering exceptional customer service are essential.
