Job Duties:
Assist the Year 1 teacher in delivering educational activities
Support individual students with their learning needs
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supervise students during lessons and breaks
Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
Experience working with children in an educational setting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Experience:
Prior experience working with children in an educational environment
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of child development and learning processes
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
First Aid certification
Experience with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
This role involves working within a school environment, following school hours and term times. It may require some flexibility in working hours to support school activities and events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
