What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a large, fast-paced operational team to deliver brilliant customer experiences every day.
* Owning performance across key metrics—think revenue, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
* Coaching and developing Team Leaders to be the best they can be.
* Creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
* Handling people matters with care and confidence—from absence and attendance to performance and development.
* Working with stakeholders to improve processes, solve problems, and add value for our customers.
* Getting involved in local community activities that help build EE’s reputation as a brand that cares.
