About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for your own section within the kitchen and play a key role in ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards during every service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a specific section of the kitchen during service
* Prepare and present dishes to fine dining standards
* Work closely with senior chefs to maintain consistency and quality
* Help train and support junior team members
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
* Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and menu development
* Ensure daily mise en place and stock levels are maintained
About You:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a fine dining or high-end kitchen
* Passionate about food, seasonality, and quality produce
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
* Committed to learning and continuous improvement
