Installation Tech Lead – X-Ray Deployment Project
Location: Onsite at airport cargo facilities (Nationwide)
Work Type: Full-Time - 100% travel

Base Pay Range
$35.00/hr - $42.00/hr
Role Overview
We are hiring a Tech Team Lead to oversee the daily activities of Deployment Technicians installing compact ADP systems at airport cargo sites across the U.S. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands‑on support throughout the deployment process. The Installation Lead serves as the primary onsite liaison between field engineers, airport security, and client representatives, ensuring smooth execution and documentation of each installation.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily work of Deployment Technicians to ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and productivity goals
* Act as onsite point of contact for Rapiscan field engineers, airport security personnel, and client stakeholders
* Assist technicians with equipment placement, mechanical assembly, and safety checks
* Escalate technical issues, access delays, or site readiness concerns to the Operations Manager
* Ensure post‑deployment clean‑up and coordinate packaging/shipment of loaner devices to next location
* Validate completion of deployment documentation, calibration logs, and acceptance forms for submission to the Project Coordinator
