We're working with a fast-growing company that's looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with senior leadership and contributing directly to high-level financial planning and decision-making. About the Role: Building and maintaining financial models to forecast the impact of business changes. Analysing large datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights. Creating clear, compelling reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and financial health. Supporting ad-hoc analysis requests from the FP&A team and other departments. Collaborating cross-functionally to understand financial implications across the business. Driving improvements in financial processes and reporting.Requirements: Degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 2 years in an analytical role. Strong SQL skills (Google BigQuery experience is a plus). Proven experience in financial forecasting and modelling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data visualisation tools (Google Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Clear communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
