Employability Co-ordinator – Moray SWAP
UHI Moray are seeking to appoint an Employability Coordinator to work within the Employability Team delivering the Moray SWAP - Sector Based Work Academy Project, part of the wider Moray Pathways partnership. The project works with individuals aged 16+ who need support to progress towards further education and/or employment.
Key responsibilities include organising and coordinating employability provision, supporting vulnerable individuals with barriers to employment or training, delivering one-to-one and group training, engaging with employers to support work placements and industry visits, and negotiating partnership working.
Essential experience: organising and coordinating employability provision, experience supporting vulnerable individuals, delivery of one-to-one and group training, knowledge of the local labour market and employer engagement. Key skills: excellent communication, organisational skills, time management and teamwork.
All appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG membership.
