Are you someone who enjoys being out on the road, building relationships, ensuring standards are maintained, and making a real impact across a network of operational sites?
We're looking for a Depot Compliance Manager to join a well-established international organisation, taking responsibility for auditing, supporting and improving operational performance across a network of depots throughout the South of the UK and Ireland.
Whilst the ideal candidate will be based around the Newport area, applications are welcomed from candidates located elsewhere who are happy to travel extensively throughout the region.
The Role
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll be responsible for ensuring operational, quality, environmental and health & safety standards are maintained across multiple depot locations.
You'll act as the key link between depot operators, customers and internal stakeholders, helping to identify issues, implement improvements and maintain compliance across the network.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting regular depot audits and inspections
