About the role
Within the Sales Development team of THG Ingenuity, you will focus on opening new business opportunities with leading ecommerce brands in the Beauty, Retail, or CPG sectors.
Your goal will be to become an ecommerce expert and position THG Ingenuity effectively in the market, targeting key clients to meet ambitious sales objectives.
What will I be doing?
* Lead Generation: Identify and contact senior and C-suite decision-makers at high-growth and enterprise brands within set verticals to generate leads and opportunities.
* Strategic Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, and events.
* Client Pitching: Deliver engaging presentations to articulate THG solutions and uncover opportunities.
* Objection Handling: Overcome client objections to achieve and surpass quality metrics.
* Collaboration: Work independently and with the team to nurture and close deals.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships, providing insights and guidance.
What skills do I need?
* Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in outcome-driven sales with strong people skills.
* Prospecting Skills: Confidence in engaging with C-level decision-makers globally.
* Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop valuable client relationships.
* Commercial Awareness: Knowledge of market trends, products, and competitors.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Enthusiasm and Drive: Passionate, energetic, and motivated, with evidence from sports, grades, or extracurriculars.
