This could be a great opportunity to bring your energy and communication skills to a fast-paced customer service team that really values what you bring to the table.

This is an 8-month temporary assignment to start with, but there’s potential for it to become a permanent role depending on business needs – ideal if you’re looking to grow in a supportive and engaging customer service environment.

The role involves supporting customers across multiple contact channels – including phone, email, and live chat – and helping them get what they need in a professional, friendly, and efficient way. You’ll be the first point of contact, taking ownership of each interaction to ensure every customer service experience is a positive one.

Here’s what the job involves:

Delivering top-level customer service via phone, email, and digital platforms

Logging and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems

*

Handling queries, technical issues, and follow-up tasks with confidence

*

Supporting outbound campaigns and initiatives

*

Helping with process improvements and sharing ideas that make the service better

*

Dealing with complaints and escalating issues when necessary

*

Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Are a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Have experience in a customer service or contact centre environment

*

Are organised and detail-oriented with good time management

*

Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and can stay calm under pressure

*

Know your way around IT systems, including CRM and Microsoft Office

Can manage a high volume of calls and emails while staying friendly and focused
