Job Description
1. Lead project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management
2. Take ownership of project performance: safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client satisfaction
3. Manage all phases of the project life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
4. Direct and mentor project teams, ensuring accountability and professional growth
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with functional leads and stakeholders
6. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
7. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for schedule, budget, and project status
8. Identify, assess, and mitigate construction risks
9. Manage project changes and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders
10. Prepare clear, concise project reports to meet client requirements
11. Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve project outcomes

The Successful Applicant
12. 10+ years of project management experience in utility, construction, engineering, or similar fields
13. Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
14. Experience acting as a client or firm liaison
15. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
16. Excellent written and verbal communication
17. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
18. BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
19. Engineering design experience
20. PMP certification
21. Construction or field experience
