What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects and year groups
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, respectful learning environment
* Supporting students in their learning and encouraging engagement
* Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activity
What We're Looking For:
* Recent experience working as a Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor
* Strong communication and classroom presence
* A calm, adaptable approach to classroom management
* Experience working with large groups of students / young people (in schools, youth work, coaching, etc.)
* A genuine interest in education and student development
