Role Responsibilities
* Design and refine research tasks grounded in clinical and biomedical science.
* Use medical and scientific databases (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, FDA, CDC) to inform task creation and validation.
* Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to scientific standards.
* Develop evaluation rubrics to measure AI model performance in clinical reasoning and research contexts.
* Collaborate asynchronously with experts to ensure quality and consistency across outputs.
Requirements
* PhD in a STEM field from a top university in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
* Proven research experience in academia, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare institutions.
* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with clinical or biomedical datasets.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to evaluate complex scientific materials.
