We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and supporting their development in a nurturing school environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Supporting students with their learning, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Encouraging students' social and emotional development
* Preparing resources and materials for lessons
* Supervising children during break times and school activities
* Providing additional support to children with special educational needs (SEN) where required
About You:
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
* Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or SEN support role is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Level 3 Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete training provided by Humly)
