HGV Mechanic - 2 Years Experience Required - Stoke-on-Trent - Permanent Role. £20.00 per hour Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm Silver Arrow require an experienced HGV Mechanic to work for an independent used vehicle specialist company based in the Stoke-on-Trent area. The company has over 30 years of experience in truck trading. Your Role: Diagnosing faults and carrying out detailed analysis Preventative and routine maintenance Servicing vehicles General repairs and resolving minor issues MOT preparation and presentation You will be working on a wide range of commercial vehicles, predominantly 18 tonnes and above, using modern diagnostic tools in a state of the-art, insulated workshop with an ATF-standard lane What we need from you: Proven experience (2 years) as a HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician Strong knowledge of engines, clutches, gearboxes, and braking systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A proactive, can-do attitude Class 1 (CE) licence - essential At Silver Arrow, our priority is you.
