Fame Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established Residential Sales & Lettings company in St John’s Wood, who are expanding their team and looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join their dynamic, professional office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative support to the sales & lettings teams
* Email management
* Preparing sales property details, booking photography, EPCs, floorplans, and creating window cards
* Producing sales property lists and generating sales forms
* Supporting mailouts by adding property links and monitoring compliance documentation
* Managing AML and ID verification processes for buyers and sellers
* Preparing valuation packs and liaising with solicitors
* Assisting with marketing projects
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in a property admin role (Estate Agency essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Solid Microsoft Office skills and the confidence to work independently
