We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a creative, social‑first videographer to help us shoot and edit scroll‑stopping paid social ads for TikTok and Meta.
The Role
This is a freelance, part‑time role focused on shooting and editing short‑form ads.
Our in‑house team will handle the creative direction, concepts, and shoot planning – you’ll bring those ideas to life through clean, engaging footage and tight, social‑first edits that look and feel native to TikTok and Instagram Reels.
You’ll help us produce a new set of ad creatives each month to test in our Meta ads account, then we’ll review performance and build on the best‑performing ideas together.
What You’ll Do
* Shoot short‑form video content in and around London (product, lifestyle, talent‑led scenes)
* Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar, optimized for TikTok and Meta
* Deliver polished ad edits in various aspect ratios and versions for testing
* Bring energy, creativity, and a social‑native eye to every shoot
* Work collaboratively with the Baboodle marketing team to refine final outputs
What We’re Looking For
* Proven ability to shoot high‑quality short‑form content using your own equipment
* Skilled editor, confident with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
* Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Reels, and Meta ads
* Creative instincts for framing, lighting, pacing, and storytelling
* Reliable, efficient, and comfortable working independently
