Vanrath are excited to be recruiting for an Administrator with reception duties on behalf of a regulatory company within the Belfast area on an ongoing temporary basis.

4. 25 days AL, with 10 stat days

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the organisation by providing cross-departmental administrative support.
What you'll do Reception duties including but not limited to:
5. answering calls and switchboard operation
6. meeting and greeting visitors.
7. incoming and outgoing post
8. monitoring of email inboxes
9. arranging catering
10. raising purchase orders
11. assisting with large mailouts
12. scanning
13. photocopying
14. typing
15. electronic filing
16. ordering of office consumables
17. Daily administrative assistance to other departments as required.
18. Any other duties as assigned by line manager.
About you
19. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
20. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
21. At least 5 GCSE's (grade C or above) including Mathematics and English
22. Organised and determined to succeed in a professional office environment, always willing to help and learn new skills
23. Good timekeeping and positive attitude to work
