37.5 hours per week | 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri | Newcastle Upon Tyne | £26,000 per annum

The purpose of this role is to provide assistance to the HR team and HR related support to the rest of the business.

Key duties and responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the HR team
* Accurately maintain employee files and HR systems
* Provide relevant reports and people related KPI’s
* Respond to or escalate employee and manager queries
* Support recruitment activity such as advertising, updating trackers, scheduling and assisting with interviews
* Process starters, leavers and employee changes
* Provide and obtain reference requests
* Schedule and prepare relevant documents for formal meetings, assisting as notetaker where necessary
* Assist with the implementation of HR projects
* Promote employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
* Complete payroll tasks and respond to associated queries
* Ensure all relevant business activity is GDPR compliant
* Accurate and attentive to details
* Well organised and proactive

* Administrative or HR background
