As a dog handler, you would be a member of the security team responsible for securing premises, such as building sites, water-work sites, warehouses & a deterrent to trespassers and unauthorised encampments. You'll be responding to emergencies and helping to identify and prevent criminal activity.
Duties Include
* Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; equipment, and access points; permitting entry to authorised personnel only
* Prevent loss and damage to client sites by reporting irregularities
* Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
* Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard - including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty
* Ensure risk assessment and assignment instructions are always followed to meet the customer requirements
* Deal with customers, staff, and visitors in a professional manner
* You must always conduct yourself in a manner that brings credit to Marpol Security Ltd.

Who are we looking for?
* An experienced dog handler with a minimum of 1 year security experience.
* Reliable, punctual and flexible.

Mandatory Requirements
* SIA Licence in one of the following: Security Guarding, Door Supervision or Close Protection.
* NASDU Level 2 or equivalent
* Own a suitable vehicle in accordance with British Standard 8517
