Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Safe Support and Enforcement Officer based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of individuals traveling within assigned areas, managing and investigating incidents, enforcing relevant regulations, and providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns and fostering a safe operational environment. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders and documenting incidents in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
* Experience with Evidence collection, Investigation, and Law Enforcement processes
* Strong proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
* Ability to monitor and uphold safety protocols effectively
* Attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure
* Familiarity with applicable safety regulations and enforcement protocols
* Previous experience in the security sector or related fields is a plus
* Professional certifications in security or enforcement are beneficial
