About the Role
All Services 4U delivers trusted reactive maintenance across the UK — from plumbing, electrical, and fire safety to access control and compliance.
We’re now expanding into Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to provide clients with long-term, compliance-led service contracts.We’re looking for a PPM Development Manager to help us build and launch this new division — from designing service schedules and pricing models to securing our first framework and commercial clients.This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the point of evolution — taking an already established reactive operation and turning it into a structured, scalable PPM service.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Growth
* Identify and target landlords, block managers, housing associations, and FM companies who require planned maintenance.
* Develop and price PPM proposals covering electrical, gas, fire, plumbing, and building fabric services.
* Meet with clients, conduct site surveys, and prepare PPM quotes and schedules.
* Build a pipeline of opportunities across housing, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
PPM Framework & Service Design
* Work with trade managers to define SFG20-compliant PPM checklists and frequencies.
* Create standard templates, service sheets, and reporting packs.
* Introduce structured PPM offerings (monthly, quarterly, annual plans).
* Support transition of existing reactive clients into PPM agreements.
Tender & Framework Support
* Register and track opportunities on Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, and Fusion21.
* Prepare supporting bid materials — capability statements, case studies, policies.
* Coordinate technical and commercial inputs for submissions.
Client & Contract Mobilisation
* Oversee onboarding of new clients: SLAs, schedules, and compliance paperwork.
* Liaise with operations to ensure planned visits are booked and documented.
* Implement reporting dashboards showing PPM vs reactive work ratios.
Candidate ProfileEssential
* Experience in maintenance, FM, or property services (e.g. electrical, plumbing, or fire safety).
* Understanding of PPM / planned maintenance principles.
* Strong commercial acumen — able to price contracts and win new business.
* Confident communicator with B2B clients.
* Excellent organisation, writing, and reporting skills.
Desirable
* Knowledge of SFG20, CAFM systems, or compliance frameworks.
* Experience working with block management or housing clients.
* Existing relationships in FM or property maintenance sectors.
* Bid writing or tender submission experience.
Success in the First 12 Months
* Build and convert a PPM pipeline worth £250k+ annually.
* Transition 10+ existing reactive clients into PPM contracts.
* Deliver compliant PPM documentation and schedules for at least 3 service lines.
* Support at least one framework application submission.
