The post holder will report to the Head of EDI Learning & OD and will be responsible for delivering key programmes supporting our people strategy, such as leadership and management, coaching, and mentoring. The role includes supporting initiatives to improve culture, performance, and organisational effectiveness, working closely with the People Directorate Leadership Team. This will involve supporting system changes and enhancing organisational skills and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop leadership and management development programmes.
* Enhance coaching and mentoring capabilities across the trust.
* Provide consultancy services to divisions as needed.
