11. Functionally coordinate Country Controllers (no disciplinary leadership)

This is you
13. Qualified Accountant (mandatory)
14. Several years of post-qualification experience
15. Proven industry background (manufacturing, distribution, FMCG or similarly operational environments strongly preferred)
16. Strong experience in complex, multi-entity and matrix organisations
17. Deep understanding of P&L drivers and performance mechanics
18. Strong forward-looking forecasting capability
19. Controller mindset with commercial orientation (not a financial reporting specialist)
20. Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders with confidence
21. Independent judgement, resilience and executive presence
22. Hands-on where required, without being clerical
23. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and transformation
24. High energy combined with business maturity
25. IFRS knowledge required; SAP beneficial
Working Model
26. Hybrid with regular presence required in Milton Keynes
27. UK travel as needed
28. Quarterly (or as required) travel to Netherlands/Benelux
29. Occasional broader European travel
