Position Overview: The Retail Operations Coordinator is a vital part of the National Accounts team, supporting internal stakeholders and National Account customers through administrative and analytical tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the National Accounts team under the guidance of the Retail Operations Manager.
2. Assist with data analysis and insights into key business areas, focusing on sales-driving activities.
3. Support sales activities for the National Accounts team.
4. Manage the allocation process, including setting up allocations, tracking presell opportunities, and ensuring all sales opportunities are addressed.
Candidate Profile:
* Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
* Calm, professional demeanor.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
* Detail-oriented with a systematic approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables).
* Experience in creating Critical Paths and managing them effectively.
