We're looking for an organised, confident, and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Caring Moments Ltd. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love supporting people, and can juggle rota management with care coordination, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
* Build and manage staff rotas using Tagtronics
* Allocate visits safely and efficiently
* Update care plans and client records
* Support staff with guidance, induction, and daily queries
* Liaise with clients and families with professionalism and empathy
* Monitor service quality and escalate concerns when needed
What You'll Bring
* Experience in domiciliary care or similar
* Strong rota or scheduling experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confidence using digital care systems and Microsoft Office
* A commitment to dignity, respect, and person‑centred care
