The Role
As Revenue Management Manager, you will lead pricing and inventory strategy for the UK market, driving revenue and market performance across both brands. You will manage a small team of analysts and work closely with senior stakeholders in Operations, Fleet and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and exceed revenue and market targets
* Lead and develop a team of Revenue Management Analysts
* Set and maintain effective pricing and rate structures
* Monitor forecasts, optimisation tools and pricing performance
* Partner with Sales, Digital and Operations to maximise contribution
* Track competitors and market trends, providing insight and recommendations
About You
* Strong background in Revenue Management, Pricing or Analytics (ideally car rental or travel)
* Experience managing a small team
* Advanced Excel skills; Python/SQL a plus
* Commercially minded, analytical and proactive
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
