About you

* Ideally Educated to Level 6 (or equivalent) in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or Economics
* Experience in a high-quality hotel environment preferable and within a multi-property or cluster setting
* Strong technical proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS, EZYRMS, Sabre SynXis CRS/GDS, D-EDGE Channel Manager, Lighthouse, and STR tools
* Exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
* Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking
* Proven ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies
* Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently


What you\'ll do

* Develop, implement, and continuously refine revenue management strategies across multiple properties
* Maximise transient and group revenue through dynamic pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns to optimise revenue opportunities
* Manage systems and distribution channels to ensure rate integrity and maximum visibility
* Produce detailed forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
* Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align commercial objectives
* Lead revenue testing initiatives and process improvements to enhance performance
