Description Key Responsibilities: Conduct workplace inspections focusing on safety systems and SHEQ attitudes, issuing formal reports with recommendations. Promote SHEQ awareness through inductions, training, and continuous engagement with all personnel. Support compliance with Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM), including reviews and temporary works advice. Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, fires, and dangerous occurrences, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions. Manage SHEQ incident databases and ensure all incidents are closed within agreed timescales, including regulatory notifications (RIDDOR).
