Team: Hospitality Seasonal Team
Reporting Line: Front of House and Housekeeping Team Leaders
Location: Working across multiple Wildland sites in the wild north of Sutherland, Scotland.
Hours: April to October; 40 hours per weeks; Seasonal; full time or part time; flexible working available.

The Role
This is your opportunity to work with the our welcoming Hospitality Team, in some of the most stunning landscapes; in beautifully restored buildings; with opportunities in your down team learning about our conservation programme as well as enjoying a wide range of activities to enhance your wellbeing.
Your role is to contribute to the Front of House or Housekeeping Teams to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of Guest Experience. You will be responsible for delivering the daily housekeeping operations effectively and efficiently. As a team player you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way.
Key Responsibilities
* Be a role model of WildLand Team work.
* Align with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
* Deliver a consistent high performance in the housekeeping and laundry functions.
* Partner with Front of House and Chef Teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
* Participate in the WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.

Who You Are
Ideally you will have housekeeping experience in a high quality environment. Training will be provided.
