Are you a Shift Engineer with experience of either Manufacturing, FMCG or production looking for a new role based in Stonehouse Gloucester.

Monday to Friday)
Salary: £45-50k
Location: Gloucester
You will be supporting site functions, which will include maintaining and repairing all site machinery and site services, including improving equipment reliability and planned preventative maintenance. You will also support the production Team Leaders and Operators to improve performance and analyse OEE data to take corrective actions to improve plant reliability.
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
1. Develops and maintains an integrated Production operation to agreed health, safety and quality engineering and technical standards.
2. Optimises line performance to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators in equipment reliability and efficiency.
3. Carries out planned maintenance activities and suggests ways to improve them based on observations and history and makes them happen.
4. Routinely analyses line performance data and takes appropriate action to improve performance.
5. Participates and leads continuous improvement and problem-solving activities to improve performance.
