Overview:
This part-time administrative role will support the Hotel in all administrative operations including:
1. Supporting the General Manager with letters and correspondance
2. Managing the Revinate Guest Feedback portal and responding professionally
3. Creating table plans, place cards and menu cards for events with accuracy and in a timely manner
4. Supporting the sales team with circulation of function sheets
5. Coordinating familiarisation visits, managing stationary stock, scheduling appointments and all generalist administrative tasks
Skills and Experience:
6. Previous experience in a busy administrative role
7. Customer service skills and good presentation standards
8. The understanding of dealing with confidential and sensitive information
9. Able to use MS Office to a high standard including word, excel and outlook
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Have a methodical and organised approach to your work, with excellent prioritising skills
12. Confident in using different IT systems
13. Attention to detail is key and accuracy in inputting data is essential
