TGG is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester that is becoming one of the fastest growing, most talked about companies in the North West.

Leading the way as pioneers in the e-commerce and fintech industries, we’re on the lookout for the very best people to join our growing team.

And as part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a skilled, engaging Receptionist to join our in-house team in our state-of-the-art new office!

As the first point of contact for our agency, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional environment for clients, partners, and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities

* Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, deliveries and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, ensuring efficient communication across the business.
* Maintain a tidy, organised reception area, office and meeting rooms.
* Manage office supplies, stationery, snacks and refreshments.
* Schedule and co-ordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
* Ensure meeting rooms are cleared promptly and client ready at all times.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
* Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (e.g. welcome packs, desk setup) and coordinate building access.
* Support the Operations/HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
* Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and building management as needed. Report any maintenance issues.
* Assist Office Manager with ad hoc tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

* Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
* Able to use your own initiative and be proactive.
* Willingness to learn and be flexible.
* A positive, proactive attitude with a customer service mindset.
