Main duties of the job
As a Care Home Clinical Lead, you will be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Experience in gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines are important. You will be dedicated, motivational, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, demonstrated through successful clinical mentorship and performance management. You will have a person-centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
