Are you a registered professional? The West Core CAMHS Team is seeking an enthusiastic Community Practitioner to join their supportive team.
Role Overview
As a CAMHS Community Practitioner, you will deliver a range of care and evidence-based treatment interventions on a one-to-one, family, and group basis. Your goal will be to promote recovery in collaboration with children, young people, and their families or carers. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and partner agencies to ensure high-quality care and adherence to clinical standards.

If you're eager to develop your skills working with young people, this role offers an excellent opportunity to transfer existing skills and acquire new ones. We provide training through our Clinical Competency Framework, along with clinical supervision and line management support to help you grow professionally.
Position Details
* This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.
* For NHS staff, the role is offered on a secondment basis; please seek permission before applying.
* Applicants requiring Skilled Worker sponsorship are ineligible.
Responsibilities
* Manage a clinical caseload, including the CCO role.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with care pathways.
* Participate in the duty rota.
* Make treatment decisions involving complex issues, requiring analysis and interpretation.
* Conduct mental health assessments in various settings and initiate appropriate treatment plans.
