What You'll Be Doing
* Working closely with customers to understand business requirements and deliver successful Sage X3 solutions.
* Configuring and optimising Sage X3 modules to meet customer needs and project objectives.
* Collaborating with technical teams to deliver customisations, integrations, and system enhancements.
* Leading testing, data migration validation, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing guidance and resolving issues.
* Delivering user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support effective system adoption.
* Providing post-go-live support, system optimisation, and ongoing consultancy.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Maintaining expertise in Sage X3 and keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
About You
* Proven experience implementing and configuring Sage X3, ideally within distribution environments.
* Strong understanding of business processes, solution design, system integrations, and ERP best practices.
* Experience delivering software or ERP projects using structured project methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Customer-focused, with a track record of building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Experience providing user training, supporting change adoption, and ensuring successful system use.
* Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Relevant ERP or Sage X3 certifications, and a degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline, are advantageous.
