With ambitious growth plans and lots happening across the business, we’re expanding our team again. That means we’re looking for a talented Site Engineer to help us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What’s this role all about?
This is a key position within our Birdham site, where our Factory and Head Office are based. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.
You will:
* Play a central role in maintaining manufacturing equipment and site facilities
* Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
* Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs
* Ensure minimal downtime and optimal production performance
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Uphold and promote high safety standards
* Manage maintenance documentation and inventory
* Oversee external service contracts and contractors
* Ensure quality, compliance and operational excellence
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems and making a real impact.
What we’re looking for
We need someone who is:
* Experienced in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
* Electrically qualified with strong electrical knowledge
* Holding relevant engineering qualifications
* A collaborative team player
* Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
* Confident in written and verbal communication
* Reliable, proactive and not afraid of a challenge
You’ll also need to be able to travel to our Birdham site (PO20 7BT), as this is a site-based role.
Hours: 40 hours per week (typically Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm – flexibility required)
