Overview
The Curriculum Manager for Construction is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, management, and quality assurance of construction programmes within the college. The role ensures that provision meets learner, employer, and awarding body needs, aligns with local and national skills priorities, and achieves high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership, development, management and quality assurance of construction programmes within the college.
* Ensure provision meets learner, employer and awarding body needs, aligns with local and national skills priorities, and achieves high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
* Lead curriculum teams and deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment within Construction and Motor Vehicle.
* Work with colleagues to support continuous improvement and high performance within the Curriculum area.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
* Extensive experience of the Construction and Motor Vehicle sectors.
* Experience of leading curriculum teams and the ability to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
* Highly motivated, organised, with excellent IT and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work to high levels of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop.
