Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their prestigious care home team in Maidstone. The successful candidate will be a professional sales professional who will support the home in increasing its occupancy. Main duties of the job

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets. They will have excellent communication skills and will network within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries. They will also support local and wider marketing activities to drive enquiries, conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, and the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or a similar CRM application. They should be self-motivated, target-driven, and have strong interpersonal and professional qualities.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. Respond to sales enquiries. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. Maintain a contacts database.
