Sales & Account Manager Location: UK-Based with some travel to Milton Keynes office when required Salary: Basic salary £67,000pa plus car allowance, and annual bonus Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Cash Management / Retail / Banking Technology Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a strong background in account management? We are looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager for our client. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving business growth, managing high-value client relationships, and contributing to the strategic success of innovative solutions in the cash technology space. This is a field based role visiting customers, some travel to the Milton Keynes office will be required. About the Role As a Sales & Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving a personal annual revenue target of £1M, focusing on both new business acquisition and the development of existing client accounts. This national role (UK-focused) requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of financial services technology, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in defined market sectors. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. Execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Manage sales pipeline and activities using Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service delivery excellence. Oversee maintenance contract renewals and manage customer debt resolution with Finance. Support marketing and event initiatives, including exhibitions and customer communications.What We're Looking For: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales/account management role within the cash management, retail, or banking sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Advanced communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with strong initiative and a customer-focused approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Salesforce. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.Desirable Competencies: Results-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities Confident, assertive, and motivated team player Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Excellent organisational and planning skills Willingness to occasionally travel and attend events/exhibitions as requiredIf you're ready to take your sales career to the next level in a specialist, technology-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
