The Role
Working as part of this esteemed Legal 500 team, you will support this established and growing Private Client team to service a dynamic caseload of clients. The firm is known in particular for the quality of its Private Client offerings and its many notable clients.
This senior position is key to supporting the growth of the Inverness office and as such, you will be the lead lawyer in the team with plenty of head-room to progress into. You should be a well-verse and experienced lawyer who can work independently and is interested in developing a practice in your local community. The firm are flexible on location and working pattern given the broad area their Inverness office services.
Variety of work creates a refreshing role where the solicitor takes ownership of clients to provide a range of advice on asset protection, tax and executry administration.
You will work with large trusts and estates, HNW individuals, support succession planning, and create and execute wills and power of attorneys, as well as work on guardianship and capacity cases.
Fulfilling and client-focused, you will be in a position to progress towards the upper ranks of this leading firm and develop a real depth of expertise in private client work, taking a decisive step forward in your career.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Is a talented private client solicitor with 5+ years of PQE
2. Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
3. Has a client focus and approaches problems in an effective, organised and skilled manner
4. Ability to manage complex and varied workload efficiently to the highest standard
5. Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
