Design & Development: Create and implement detailed mechanical design solutions for manufacturing projects.
Technical Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
Feasibility & Innovation: Conduct feasibility studies, identify risks, and recommend design improvements to optimise performance and cost-efficiency.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
Continuous Improvement: Enhance existing products to improve functionality, reliability, and sustainability.
Production Support: Provide technical guidance during manufacturing to resolve design-related issues quickly and effectively.
Software Utilisation: Use advanced design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to develop and optimise mechanical components.Profile
