GSL Education are hiring a dedicated Drama Teacher to work with schools across Sheffield, particularly within the S11 district, bringing learning to life through expressive and engaging teaching. As a Drama Teacher, you will deliver dynamic lessons that promote performance, teamwork, and self‑expression, while fostering a supportive environment where students feel confident to participate and grow creatively. Main Responsibilities: Deliver engaging drama lessons aligned with the curriculum. Encourage creativity, collaboration, and confident performance. Maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Work closely with colleagues to support wider curriculum goals. Requirements: Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching credential. Experience working as a Drama Teacher in a school setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
