Sales and Office AdministratorLocation: Rural office near Henley-on-Thames (5 minutes from Wallingford)Salary: £30,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (can be flexible)A small, independentrural business based just outside Henley. With a close knit team of and a busy on-site workshop, they are looking for a dependable and organised Sales and Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office.The Role:This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and getting stuck in. You'll be managing multiple inboxes, supporting order processing, handling invoices and job sheets, and being a key point of contact for general enquiries.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring and responding to three shared email inboxesProcessing orders and raising invoicesCreating job sheets for the workshop teamHandling customer queries via phone and emailSupporting diary management and general adminDay-to-day use of Microsoft Word and ExcelWhat We're Looking For:Confident user of Microsoft Word and ExcelOrganised, self-motivated and proactiveGood communication skills and attention to detailComfortable working independently and as part of a small teamAble to work in a rural, office-based settingWhat We Offer:A friendly, down-to-earth working environmentFlexibility around hours if neededOn-site parkingIf this looks like the right role for you apply below!
