An industry leading UK Public Relations agency are looking to hire an experienced talent manager. The Talent Manager you will play an important role in managing and nurturing their existing talent roster and their globally recognised brands across the beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle sectors.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with talent rosters (social-first influencers), relevant industry contacts and a good understanding of the social media landscape. As the talent manager you'll be the driving force behind the full campaign lifecycle for some of the UK and Europe's most exciting brands.

Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in negotiating and managing end-to-end campaigns and commercial partnerships for talent. (essential)
* Strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, and TikTok talent, with an eye for emerging talent and conscious voices
* Enthusiastic about social media, with knowledge of key platforms and developing trends
* Established network of contacts in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and fashion
* Excellent relationship management skills for long-term partnerships
* Strategic thinker with an understanding of short and long-term decision-making processes for talent partnerships
