This is a unique and exciting opportunity to start your career in youth support and advocacy. As a Voice, Influence & Change Apprentice, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring children and young people have a say in shaping the services that affect their lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
4. Supporting youth forums like IMPACT, which amplify the voices of young people with SEND.
5. Helping to design and deliver projects that connect young people with decision-makers across Warwickshire.
6. Collaborating with a wide range of partners—from council departments and elected members to local businesses and families.
7. Using your creativity and lived experience to influence meaningful change.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
8. Has lived experience of SEND and a genuine interest in working with young people.
9. Is motivated, organised, and committed to delivering excellent service.
10. Enjoys working with diverse groups and is ready to contribute to transformative projects.
11. Is confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)—but don’t worry, full training will be provided!
What You’ll Gain
